Canceling Orders, Problems with Orders, and Refunds

Canceling an Order

An order can be canceled for a full refund up to the point the order has been shipped. In order to cancel an order, please email CancelOrder@Bottango.com from the email address used to place the order, along with your order number. If the e-mail is processed before items have been shipped, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

Refunds from successfully canceled orders will be paid back to the original payment method. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you are missing an item, or have received the wrong item or incorrect number of items, please contact OrderSupport@Bottango.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment from the email address that placed the order, along with your order id, and a description of the issue. There is no shipping or restocking fee for order discrepancies. 

Defective or Damaged Parts

Each part of a Bottango kit is checked to ensure it is functional and working as intended. If however, upon receiving an order, you believe there are damaged or defective parts in the kit, please contact OrderSupport@Bottango.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment from the email address that placed the order, along with your order id, and a description of the issue. If replacement parts are required, Bottango LLC will supply the individual replacement parts at no cost.

Bottango LLC is not responsible for damage to products due to incorrect usage or incorrect assembly.

 

Refunds and Returns

Products in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, can be returned to Bottango within thirty (30) days of receiving the shipment. Shipment fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Please contact Returns@Bottango.com to begin the return process, from the email address that placed the order, along with your order id, and which portion of the order you would like to return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and risk of loss or damage while shipping on all returned items. We will provide return shipping address and instructions. We strongly recommend the customer use a reputable large shipping carrier capable of proof of delivery, as well as packaging the item safely for shipment. Bottango LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the return process. 

Bottango LLC must receive the returned items in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days of beginning the return process, or the return will be canceled. If the products are received in the above condition, Bottango will process the return with fifteen (15) days of receiving the return shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source, less the price of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Bottango LLC is not responsible for any fees for you to accept the return payment, such as PayPal fees to withdraw the funding.

Bottango reserves the right to deny returns if the returned items are deemed unsatisfactory and not in the above condition. In this case, Bottango will provide the option to ship the product back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Bottango LLC does not offer exchanges.
